April Eats

So, this is a new thing I’ve been wanting to do for the longest time and I’m so excited to roll it out today!

Welcome to April Eats, a very real-life look into what I eat that doesn’t make it to the blog (not because it’s not good… it’s usually delicious if it’s getting its picture taken) as well as highlighting some of my favourite blog recipes that I’ve been enjoying as well. I love those What I Ate Wednesday style posts that are so trendy these days (wait, are they still trendy?!) and this is my take on that but in straight-up picture format and highlights from the past month, not just a single day of the week. Check back the first Monday of every month to see a sneak peek into what this nutritionist eats in real life.

The clean eating and real food deliciousness that I was really into this month – lots of shrimp and chicken, strawberries on salad and chickpeas in salad, apples, chocolate, almond butter energy bites, pasta, and lots of guac (obviously).

Roasted Beet Quinoa Salad with Apples and Walnuts

Chocolate Peanut Butter Chia Seed Pudding Lemon Garlic Greens

Chickpea Salad with Tuna

Cinnamon Almond Energy Bites Chocolate Avocado Pudding Pasta with Chickpeas and Broccoli Chocolate Cupcakes Lemon Garlic Chicken Strawberry Arugula Salad Spicy Shrimp with Kale and Quinoa Crispy Chicken Thighs with Apples and Onions Great Guacamole
